Agapanthus ‘Star Quality’

Agapanthus ‘Star Quality’ is a deciduous , relatively hardy variety that given some shelter copes well with the great outdoors. It has a compact shape and we have found it one of the best for sheer flower power producing a good number of flower stems per plant. Ball shaped flowers in mid blue with a darker stripe down each tepal. Well suited to container growth , keep well drained in the winter but no dry through the summer, feed with a high potash feed, tomato feed will do, from mid spring through early summer.
Plants are supplied in a 1ltr pot.

Thalictrum Rochebrunianum
Thalictrum rochebrunianum has strong, dark purple stems that that hold delicate mauve flowers with cream stamens high over it's sage green Aquilegia like foliage. The stems are strong and no staking is required, the flowers almost appear to float especially in the shade where the dark stems seem to disappear as the get thinner near the blooms .Thalictrum rochebrunianum is happy in shade but will grow in sun as long as it doesn't dry out.
Plants are supplied in a 1.5cm pot, and will be cut back for dispatch from May .
Filipendula Rubra ‘Venusta’
Filipendula rubra 'Venusta' is a big , bold plant that likes a damp site in sun or shade. It's flower buds are deep pink, almost red and open to reveal frothy sprays of dark pink blooms. The stems are strong no staking is needed, no disease problems either and ..... they're slug proof too! They look great at the back of a border or at a pond edge where they will form a strong clump that can be divided in the winter.
Plants are supplied bare root from December - March , April onwards in a 2ltr pot and will be cut back for dispatch.
