Eryngium x Zabelii ‘ Big blue’

Eryngium Big blue has silver green foliage with metallic blue flowers held on strong stems, although the flowers make a good cut flower if you can resist the temptation to cut them for a fresh display or to dry, they look great in winter frost. This plant is drought tolerant and must be well drained in the winter.
Plants are supplied in a 1.5ltr pot and when in full growth will have to be cut back for packing.

The perfect place for these big boys is in a damp shady place , they look great on the edge of a pond , but they will grow happily in the border in full sun as long as they don't dry out! They are hardy to - 25c and will form a good clump that can be divided after flowering. These plants are supplied in a 9cm pot.
Agapanthus ‘Blue Ice’
Not the hardiest of Agapanthus but well worth the effort of planting in a pot and bringing in for a little Winter protection ( which is what we have to do here!) or in milder areas it can be planted out and protected with fleece or mulch. A classy, cool customer with large flowers that are blue/mauve at the base changing to palest blue then white at the tips of each petal.These plants are supplied in 1ltr pots.
